- It starts with a 20-minute call. You don’t need to prepare anything. We’ll talk about your goals and I’ll answer your questions.
- You’ll know where you stand. Usually by the end of that call you’ll know roughly what you qualify for and what down payment makes sense.
- I shop the market and negotiate. I compare lenders and push for the best rate and terms for your situation.
- I keep you in the loop. Weekly check-ins by phone, video or email while your file is moving.
- I don’t disappear after closing. I’ll check in from time to time, and I’ll be there when renewal comes around.
